Business Development Manager – Construction Laser

Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager – Construction Laser is responsible for establishing and realizing sales opportunities for Construction Laser Products throughout designated territories.
They will assist in identifying, establishing and maintaining business development opportunities and support for all Construction Laser Products solutions providing the highest standard of client and distributor.

Key Attributes:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a geospatial or civil construction role.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business-to-business relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience in sales, business development and commercial negotiations.
Proven time management skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Proven client and account management skills, including personal presentation and communication skills.
Well-developed commercial acumen.
Experience in monitoring technologies at an operational level.
Experience in developing and marketing new product lines;
Comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and companies.
Results focused with strong attention to detail.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Team oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and positive outgoing personality.
Goal oriented, outcome focused, performance driven.
Ability to build and manage relationships.
